The booking process was simple and efficient, and Svet was an outstanding guide. He made the most of the day and impressed me with both his extensive knowledge of birds and his remarkable ability to spot them so quickly. During the trip, I learned a lot, not only about birds, but also about bears, Bulgarian history, Natura 2000 programs, mountain ranges, and much more.

Svet found excellent birdwatching locations, drove very carefully, and selected good places for coffee and lunch breaks. His enthusiasm and expertise made the experience really enjoyable.
